Mach-1 Propulsion Program

The Mach-1 programme covers our first in-house rocket engine end to end — design, additive manufacturing, hot-fire testing and integration into the first stage of our launch vehicle. It is the propulsion backbone of Allmacht's integrated launch system.

Because we build the engine, its avionics and the vehicle around it as one programme, Mach-1 is engineered from day one to fly — not adapted from someone else's hardware.

Challenge Overview

Legacy launch is expensive and slow, and Europe needs sovereign, affordable access to orbit. The Mach-1 programme set out to prove that a small team can design, build and qualify a flight-class rocket engine in-house — on a startup budget and timeline.
